You will need:
Our service has been developed such that you shouldn't need anything except your web browser.
Our browser integrated ftp client requires the Java plugin to be installed, details of which are provided when you first access the service by entering your username and password in the login section at the top of the page.
If you would feel happier using an ftp client to access our service then please feel free to do so, there are a number of clients for both Mac and PC that will work fine with our service.
